Additional amenities include TV, internet, retractable fans in the living room and bedrooms, and a washing machine. Please note, this accommodation does not offer air conditioning. The rental includes 2 private open terraces and an internal staircase leading to the bedrooms. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, children's pool, garden, playground, and outdoor shower. Pool passes are provided for the community pool, available from June 1 to September 30 (from September 15 to September 30, weekends only). A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property. There is one parking space on the premises and free street parking is available. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note, government water regulations may be in effect during your stay, which could impact pool use, garden watering, or limit tap water usage. Daily trash collection except Thursdays.
